Traditional fully enclosed coal bunkers often suffer from poor ventilation and high temperatures in the summer. When the dust concentration inside the bunker reaches a certain level, there is a risk of explosion. Additionally, high temperatures inside the coal pile can lead to the risk of spontaneous combustion, posing significant occupational health and safety risks to workers.

2. Solution

Shangfeng’s developed wind curtain ventilation system effectively improves the ventilation conditions inside the bunker, achieving zero dust emissions.


Fields This system is used to quickly solve the problem of dust overflow during ventilation in fully enclosed coal bunkers and material bunkers, meeting environmental requirements. It has been applied in several fully enclosed coal bunkers, including those in the Ma Wan Power Plant in Shenzhen and the Jiangyou Power Plant in Sichuan.
